Consulting

Phase 1: Assess the potential for transformative change.

This is a deep dive into your organization’s approach to clinical and operational excellence and corporate culture in the context of the unique circumstances, market position, strengths, challenges, and opportunities that you encounter every day.

What is the return on investment for quality efforts?

The Assessment focuses on Board engagement, leadership commitment, the infrastructure for delivering high-quality care, the framework for equitable care, and the approach to ensure all voices are heard – is the culture inclusive, diverse, and can everyone safely speak up? See additional details here.

Phase 2: Advise on strategies and solutions to achieve unprecedented levels of clinical and operational performance.

Based on your organization’s Assessment, a custom plan with recommendations is developed for your organization.

The plan will contain a vision with solutions to take your organization from the status quo to one that delivers highly reliable, excellent care with minimum waste. The solution package contains implementation guidance for timely and effective results.

Phase 3: Guide your organization to create an internal, sustainable mechanism for ongoing improvement and innovation to achieve the best possible care for every patient, every time.

Using the knowledge gained from the Assessment and recommended strategies and solutions, Dr. DuPree will work with your organization to establish an internal quality program that gives you the best chance of ensuring that the ability to deliver high-quality care is sustained and that adverse events are prevented. This may include education and training at various levels of the organization (from the Board to the front lines) to increase the knowledge and skills needed to continuously improve and innovate.
